This website, myblondkitchen.com, is run by Marina Benson, an individual based in Memphis, Tennessee, USA (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit the site, buy the ebook or join the paperback list, and what I do with it.
What I collect
- When you buy the ebook: your name and email address. Payment is handled by Stripe — I never see or store your card number.
- When you join the paperback list: your email address and the date you signed up.
- When you email me: whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Technical data: like any website, the hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
How I use it
- To deliver the ebook you bought and send you your download link.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To tell you when the paperback is available, if you joined the list.
I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share it for advertising.
Who helps me run the site
Your information is processed by these service providers only to run the site:
- Stripe — payments (privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — hosting and storing the paperback list (privacy policy)
- Resend — sending emails (privacy policy)
I may also disclose information if required by law.
Emails
Purchase emails are sent once per order. If you joined the paperback list, you'll receive an announcement when the paperback is ready; every such email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask to be removed any time by writing to me.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Paperback list emails are kept until the paperback launches or until you ask me to remove yours.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to show, correct or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing hello@myblondkitchen.com. I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law; I'll honor them.
Do Not Track
This site does not track you across other websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not Do Not Track is on.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
